we are senior citizens living in the country near honesdale. When our Chrysler Pacifica needed repair in order to pass inspection, we called B&B Dodge. No one returned our call. When we called again, we were told it would be August 17 before they could LOOK at it. Our friend has a convertible; the window won't go down and it will be October before they can get it in...just in time to ride with the top down with the snow , sleet, and wind blowing in his face. We need our car for doctor visits, pharmacy pickups and just general living (77 years old).The car had been serviced there previously. It would seem that B&B dodge took on more than it can chew with the additional dealerships.

Overall
Corey was my salesman. He went above and beyond to find the exact grand Cherokee I was looking for! He kept me updated during the process of finding me a vehicle and was very patient with going over the paperwork. He also spent a lot of time going over my new car with me and showed me how everything worked. Great experience. I couldn't be happier. Family owned and they care about getting you the best deal. Definitely recommended!

The service department has always treated me well. Have only been in for recalls and free oil changes. Since the new showroom was built the waiting area is much nicer.

My boyfriend got a car there less than 9 months ago, and the transmission already went! That is a HUGE part. They charged him far too much for repairs and then refused to do anything about the POS they sold him. I am disgusted. My family goes there and has for years and we will NEVER again.
