Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Remove the center of the Oreos. Crush your Oreo cookies using a gallon size baggie and a rolling pin. Using the baggie will keep the crumbs contained and make less of a mess. Or use a food processor to make quick work of it. Pour the crumbs into an ungreased 9 inch square backing dish with a lid for storing (or an 8 inch aluminum square tin with lid for gift giving) along with the 1/2 stick of melted butter. Use the back of a spoon to press firmly along bottom. Make sure the bottom is well covered. Place in freezer for 15 minutes while ice cream begins to thaw.
  2. Spread the semi-melted ice cream onto the pie crust, then top with your thawed Cool Whip. Add your peppermint candies and don’t be afraid to use the small, crushed dust as well. Cover and freeze for 4 hours.
  3. Right before serving, drizzle with hot fudge. The square pie will easily serve 9 people if you cut it into rows of three.
  4. For ease of cutting, get a glass of hot water and dip your knife into it before cutting into the cake.

If you’re looking to save some valuable time without compromising on flavor, here’s a handy tip: opt for Keebler’s pre-made chocolate or mint pie crust. By skipping the initial step of crafting a pie crust from scratch, you’ll streamline the process and get straight to the heart of the deliciousness. If you elect to use the premade crust—you may want to get two and spread the ice cream amongst both crusts.

Ingredients:

  • Candy Canes
  • 12 oz of Semi-sweet Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 12 oz of White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp of Peppermint Extract

Instructions:

  1. Place candy canes into a baggie and crush using a rolling pin. Be careful not to crush too small or have too big of pieces. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for about 120 seconds—depending on how hot your microwave is, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted. Be careful not to overcook the chocolate or it will not pour smoothly. If you prefer, you can use a double boiler for your melted chocolate. Spread over parchment paper on the cookie sheet. Place in freezer to cool for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a similar fashion when the dark chocolate has cooled, melt the white chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted. Spread over the cooled dark chocolate on the cookie sheet.
  5. Spread crushed candy canes over the entire pan of chocolate, then place in the freezer until hard.
  6. Use a butter knife to break apart the Peppermint Bark, then store in an airtight container. No need to store in the refrigerator.

Instructions:

  1. Place 6-7 candy canes into a baggie and crush using a rolling pin, careful not to over crush the candy or leave in too big of pieces. Set aside.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted. Do not overheat the chocolate or you won’t be able to dip your graham squares.
  3. Break your graham crackers into squares. Then dip the square sideways or at an angle and cover half the square. Place on a packing sheet lined with parchment paper until all your grahams or chocolate are used up. Place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set up before doing the other side.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted and repeat step 2.
  5. Take your crushed peppermint candy canes and sprinkle them atop the white chocolate before it sets up. Place them back in the refrigerator to set up and then store in an airtight container. These do not have to be refrigerated to store.
